Return and Refund Policy

* SERVICE SALES
*All flooring installations and coating services are custom projects and are NON-REFUNDABLE once materials have been purchased, work has begun, or the project has been completed.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
Elite Surface Solution LLC warrants workmanship for a period specified in the customer's service agreement. Warranty coverage applies only to defects resulting from installation workmanship and does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Improper maintenance
Abuse, misuse, or neglect
Damage caused by vehicles, chemicals, flooding, or structural issues

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE for inspecting completed work upon project completion. Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of completion.
